WIK Macedonia has an opening for the following job position:

Position: Assistant – Key Account Management.
 

Your Tasks:

• Collaborates with cross-functional departments to finalize the details of offers, such as tooling, approbation, sample, development cost, freight cost, spare parts, spot buy, E&O before MP, etc.
• Serves as the window of contact with customers for project-related offers. Understanding of the project scope and overview, close monitoring, detail-minded and target-oriented.
• Follow up customer PO for all offers once created
• Responsible for sales order creation in SAP/OA system and ensure accuracy of input
• Monitor project schedule and collect deliverables in a timely manner, such as certificates, FOT reports, ISI reports, etc.
• Control billing status of SO according to billing plan Maintain sales price in SAP and update price master sheet
• Prepare routine reports and ad hoc tasks.​​​

• Tactics for negotiating and dealing with customers and teams
• Clear the roles and responsibilities, align the project scope, and achieve deliverables
