Accounting Specialist

Qualifications: 

• University degree,
• Min. 1-2 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in Retail sector
• Knowledge regarding main Financial Table structure(BS, P&L, CFS)
• Good command of written & spoken English,
• Ability to use MS Office Excel program effectively is a must.
• Prone to teamwork.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities: 

• Controlling and journalizing sales, collections and bank transactions on a daily basis
• Booking all invoices(opex&capex) in the correct period and according to the local country GAAP
• Booking all import and export declarations according to local legislation
• Making sure that the original legal documents (z reports, invoices, waybills) are safely transferred to the head office and keeping a regular filing system
• Requesting and/or approving the payment requests on eba invoice approval platform
• Reconciling with every vendor that company works with (rent vendors monthly, rest on a quarter basis)
• Supporting the ops team regarding financial questions
• Booking of materials, low value assets, fixed assets
• Participation in closing transactions and controls
