Your Tasks

• Schedule the supply of materials to meet production requirement and minimum safety stock levels
• Check supplier capacity, buffer stock and analyze any supply issue
• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate process for material delivery from supplier to point of fit
• Raise PO according to lead time updates by purchasing department
• Follow up with respective supplier for any advance or postpone delivery schedule
• Provide latest weekly forecast so supplier and follow ups for supply issues
• Organize shipments in conjunction with appointed consolidator for overseas shipments
• Settle the return of defective material to all suppliers
• Resolve supplier concerns and evaluate supplier performance in conjuction with members of the purchasing team

​Your Profile

• Experience with material planning & scheduling, knowledge of order management will be an advantage
• Must be able to build positive working relationships, contribute to team success, and have a customer focus
• Excellent interpersonal skills, good oral and written communication skills
• Fluent English is a must
• Must be a highly motivated applicant.
