Junior Customs Specialist (m/f)

In order to support the Customs department in our plant in Kavadarci, we are looking for Junior Customs Specialist who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!

Tasks:

• Handle imports/exports according to relevant regulative
• Generate all types of customs related documentation (e.g. certificates of origin, INF 2 settlements, customs paperwork, invoices and customs declarations, international waybills, carrier related transport papers, etc.)
• Monitor document responses from service providers and suppliers
• Request delivery declarations for raw materials and equipment
• Maintain customs prebooks and registers

Profile:

• University degree in related area
• 1 year of experience in the field will be considered as advantage
• Basic knowledge in Inward processing, Customs clearance and Incoterms
• Knowledge of English language. Knowledge of German language as advantage
• Good command of MS Office Package
• Competencies related to Willingness to learn and Problem solving
