Internal Auditor

We are currently seeking a seasoned
INTERNAL AUDITOR
TO JOIN OUR DYNAMIC TEAM

Key Responsibilities:

• Determination by local legislation, policies and measures of responsibility
• Determines the effectiveness of the application of policies and areas in accordance with DS Smith requirements
• Prepares and implements monthly, quarterly, annual (if necessary) internal audit plans for all organizational units
• The introduction of legislation for all organizational units follows
• Supports the business by identifying, detecting and potential risks
• Creates and implements improvement of work processes in all organizational units by eliminating risk during work
• Communicates and cooperates with external auditors
• Assists the General Director and management as well as with corporate instances
• Pointing out the policies and the determination of knowledge and suggesting for their better application
• Evaluates and implements systems of control, verification of given observations from control controls
• Assists in introducing improvement of business controls where possible
• Designing policies and working methods of the internal control section in accordance with DS Smith requirements
• Creation of matrices for control of different business processes, their monitoring and improvement
• Creation of all organizational parts for significant and development of the internal control
• Traceability and improvement of reports and observations from the control of controls
• Constant improvement of business processes and spaces, their development and activities in cooperation with the sectors
• Cooperation with departments and organizational units in the company
• Advising on policy measures, environment and their application, in order to eliminate risks during operation
• Works on the territory of the company with local legal regulations (investigate and inform about legal changes in different parts of the operation)
• Actively cooperates with a law office that is responsible for the legal part of the accident
• Actively monitors and controls DS Smith's policies and situation
• Works on the development of organizational activities for different organizational units
• Responsibility for implementation, monitoring and updating of requirements according to SODA procedures
• Responsibility for the requirements of Internal Controls are assessed by the Group
• Keeps documentation in accordance with legal regulations
• Demonstrates reliability, professionalism and discretion at all times
• Respect for the code of conduct of discovery, corporate values ​​and obvious of your company
• Continually advocates for improving the quality of work, artistic improvement and promotion;
• Works in accordance with the Procedures for the improvement of Quality, Health and Safety and Health;
• Performs other tasks and work tasks according to professional and working abilities.

Qualifications:

• University Degree from Economic University and minimum 3 years expirience.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficient English (verbal and written)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and behavior to the highest ethic standards
• PS skills on professional user level (MS Office) and skills in database managment and recordkeeping
• Knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
