Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Driver Recruiter with strong phone skills to join our recruiting department from 14:00-23:00 based in Skopje. The Driver Recruiter will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including hiring and driver retention strategies, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, maintaining effective communication with drivers and customers, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:
- Hiring and Driver Retention skills
- Knowledge of DOT Regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in driver recruitment or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the trucking industry is a plus
