Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Afterhours Track and Trace position at Four Ways Cargo located in Skopje. As an Afterhours Track and Trace team member, you will be responsible for monitoring and tracking shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, and handling any issues or concerns that may arise during the afterhours time frame. You will collaborate with internal teams and external brokerages to provide updates and resolve any transportation-related inquiries or incidents.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to proactively identify and solve problems
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in using tracking software and systems
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexible availability for afterhours shifts (6am to 2pm/ 2pm to 10pm/10pm to 6am)
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
