Currently we are on the search for a full-time truck dispatcher to join the team, with at least 1 (one) year experience in the industry and the US market, ideally with experience in dispatching Dry-van or Flatbed trucks.

DISPATCHER
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicates daily with Customers, Contract Drivers, and Steamship terminals
- Personnel, and internal service representatives, coordinating, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
- Meet all deadline requirements and ensure all route updates occur in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers
- Work towards achieving the company’s long-term growth goals and help improve processes
Requirements:
- At least 1 (one) year experience in the industry and the US market
- Excellent English-speaking skills (writing, speaking, listening)
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products (Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hours of operation service (HOS)
