In our quest to further expand our expertise, particularly for K2-18b – a dynamic IT company within our group, we are on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Mid/Senior JAVA Developer to join our team.
Your Role:
As a Mid/Senior JAVA Developer in our team, you will:
- Defining and implementing internal applications and systems
- Collaborate with our development teams to develop software solutions
- Engage in the code review process, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Tackle and analyze bugs identified during testing phases or in production environments
- Commit to continuous professional growth in your area of expertise
- Utilize modern DevOps tools
- Conduct testing, including Unit, Component, and Backend Interface (REST)

Who You Are:
We are seeking individuals who bring:
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in software development
- Proficiency in OO programming, unit testing, code versioning, continuous integration, and delivery
- Strong foundation in JAVA, Spring framework, HTML/CSS/Javascript
- An agile mindset with an experience in an agile way of working
- Communication skills in both English and Croatian (written and spoken)
- A proactive approach, with a high degree of self-initiative, responsibility, and independence in problem-solving
- Experience with SQL databases and queries is desirable
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools is preferred
- Experience working in the eCommerce field is an advantage
- Working on large projects where integrations are a significant part is an advantage
