BRITISH AMERICAN TOBACCO NORTH MACEDONIA has an exciting opportunity for a HR Specialist in Skopje.
A passionate HR professional who has a detail-oriented approach, strong analytical skills, high ethical values and strong interpersonal skills.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
- Coordinate the employment lifecycle administration (as per applicable laws, policies and procedures) and Ensure all Company and labor related documents, policies and procedures are up-to-date and implemented by BAT’s approved practice
- Create and manage innovative, efficient and effective talent attraction campaigns and provide full support to all BAT employees in relation to administrative and HR procedures;
- Manage collaboration with universities, students’ organizations, job fairs, career planning organizations and Manage Recruitment and selection processes and assist in managing Company Employer Brand;
- Cascade the Joiner/Mover/Leaver information to all relevant internal and external parties and Coordinate necessary administration required by authorities and other relevant parties (both internally and externally);
- Drive and assist Talent Management and Learning and Development processes, as per agreed agenda and Implement and manage EH&S processes and take care of employees’ wellbeing.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- University degree
- Fluency in English
- Previous experience in HR is an asset and Proven planning, organizational and analytical skills
- Driver of new initiatives; a motivator of change.
- Effective and efficient stakeholder management with dynamic, open-minded, ready to self-develop person.
