Regional Sales Manager

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas by effectively implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify potential customers in the assigned territory, develop relationships, and understand their needs to offer tailored solutions.
- Provide support and training to distributors and their product managers.
- Oversee order tracking, logistics, technical support, and customer complaint resolution.
- Monitor accounts receivables and follow up on payments.
- Collaborate with sales team members and internal marketing and product development departments to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Continuously research market trends, competitors, and product developments to stay informed about the industry.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Preferred: Master's degree in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Sciences.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in agricultural sales, ideally in animal nutrition products. Exceptional sales talent from other industries may also be considered.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Valid B category driver’s license and active driver.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

- Preferably with experience in selling animal nutrition products (e.g., additives, toxin binders, premixes) and visiting farms and distributors.
- Candidates with experience in agricultural sales (fertilizers, seeds) or exceptional sales skills from other industries are welcome to apply.
Additional Information:
- Location: Field-based; significant driving is required to visit farms and distributors.
- Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday).
- Employment Type: Permanent.
- Start Date: Immediate.
