Human Resources Administrator

 

Role Description:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Creates job postings & assists in the process of formulating job descriptions
  • Organizes interviews for restaurants & evaluates and selects candidates
  • It is responsible for the application of candidates and the systematization of documents before the interview process
  • Compiles, and creates different forms of recruitment
  • Assists in the process of ordering uniforms and footwear for new and existing staff
  • Makes the organization and placement of the documents of the starting workers ensuring that every process flows in the best possible way

Management and maintenance of the employee database

  • Creates and implements forms and systems to make the Human Resources administration process easier
  • Records all staff holidays in their database
  • Creates decisions by the law (anniversary/maternity/childbirth/marriage/death / etc.)

Training and Development

  • Open LZ users and create procedures or guidelines to help Restaurant Management become efficient and work independently
  • Helps and assists in organizing training for employees
  • Compiles lists for training workers for new and existing products
  • Assists in translations of training materials of approved electronic systems

Compliance and work under the Labor Law

  • Prepare Contracts & Annex Contracts for all staff
  • Updates the Internal Work Regulations
  • Creates and implements various documents required by law
  • Assist with decisions on termination of employee contracts as well as all the tasks required by the management of the company

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in law, Management, Business Administration, or similar fields.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in Human Resources or a department related to the position in question.
  • Attention to detail and high organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Working knowledge of basic computer programs, such as MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).
  • Driver's license category B

 The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, responsible, diligent, and uphold high moral and ethical standards.
