SMT Engineer (m/f/d)
Position Summary
As SMT Engineer, you will play a key role for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of all production related manufacturing equipment & processes required to manufacture a high quality product in a repeatable and cost effective manner.

The vacancy is to be positioned in Skopje - Macedonia, and will report to the Production technology Leader
Your Role:
- You will be responsible for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of all production related manufacturing equipment & processes required to manufacture a high quality product in a repeatable and cost effective manner.
- You will be responsible for programming & optimization of all machines & processes on SMT line (printing machines, paste inspection, placement machines, AOI machines).
- You will be responsible for printing machines DEK EKRA( install, calibrate, setup, debug, maintain, improve, introduction of new variants, includes PML introduction).
- You will be responsible for tracking, maintain and follow up reflow profiles on weekly basis.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the required technical support for all critical process and product issue resolution as well as technical direction to the engineer is available for all product builds and process operations.
Your Background
- You got Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical studies, preferable with relevant experience in electronics production.
- You have Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive industry and/or Manufacturing engineering department.
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
- You have excellent knowledge of MS Office Package.
