About the Role: 
As a Client Relations Manager at Move One, you will be the primary contact for our clients, driving sales and ensuring top-notch service. This target-driven role offers a rewarding commission structure designed to maximize your earnings potential. 

Client Relations Manager

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drive Sales: Promote and sell Move One's range of products and services to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service 
  • Proposal Management: Prepare and submit compelling proposals tailored to client needs
  • Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and satisfaction
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to strategically position Move One
  • Team Collaboration: Participate actively in sales meetings and events, contributing to a high-performing team culture

 

Qualifications: 

  • Education: University degree preferred
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in Sales or Customer Service 
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the mobility or logistics industry is an advantage
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation tools
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
