Role Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist passionate about creating compelling content, driving engagement, and fostering online community growth. In this role, you will manage and optimize social media channels, develop and execute impactful marketing strategies, and contribute to boosting our brand's visibility globally. Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:
  • Develop, implement, and refine social media strategies across various platforms.
  • Create and optimize written content tailored to target audiences.
  • Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to messages and comments.
• Advertising Campaigns:
  • Plan, manage, and optimize social media ad campaigns, including targeting, budget allocation, and performance analysis.
• Performance Tracking:
  • Track key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions).
  • Generate reports and adjust strategies to maximize results.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in social media advertising and performance analytics.
• Exceptional time management skills to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the conference or event industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with newsletter and mailer campaign creation is advantageous.
