Pabau is a bootstrapped software company founded in the UK, with a Head Office in Skopje, North Macedonia.
Pabau CRM is our all-in-one clinic management system that helps businesses to run more smoothly. If a clinic needs to do something, our system either fully automates the process, or makes it easier (think Hubspot, but for businesses with a medical element).
Everything from storing treatment notes, automated appointment reminders, emails, staff management, reporting, payment systems – seriously, you name it, our system does it.
In fact, our feature rich system is the market leader in the UK for the medi-aesthetic sector, with over 1,500 businesses and 15,000 users.
Over the past 2 years the business has quadrupled, and the plan is to increase this speed of growth even further
Data Entry Specialist
THE ROLE:
We're looking for someone to join our Business Operations and Intelligence team as a Data Entry Specialist. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. You will work within the Business Operations Team under a Business Operations Team Lead.
Ultimately, a successful Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date and usable information in our systems and supporting the Customer Operations teams with client data tasks.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Working closely with the Onboarding and Customer Care team, you will be converting PDF, Word or paper forms into versions on our CRM form builder for our clients.
- Provide occasional support to CRM Specialists with data entry tasks and reporting needs.
- Provide general data entry support across multiple departments across the business ad-hoc basis
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel (Google suite helps).
- Excellent English is a must.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Ability to think analytically.
- Team player
- Enthusiasm for learning new skills and processes
