Delight Office Solution is looking for a highly motivated and team-oriented Architect in North Macedonia!

JUNIOR ARCHITECT

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Work closely in cooperation with Sales Team Regionally (mainly Macedonia and Croatia)
• Occasionally you’ll cooperate with our teams in Serbia, Montenegro and Slovenia
• Communicate with our clients, understand customer needs and suggest potential architectural solution accordingly
• Organizing and monitoring the implementation of agreed tasks
• Elaboration of architectural and interior details in projects
• Participation in the preparation of budget estimates and preliminary estimates, designing based on the assigned budget
• Cooperation with different professions in the company, or outsourced, analysis of the obtained information and application of the same through the architectural project
• Organizing and monitoring the implementation of agreed tasks
• Implementation of work procedures

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

• Architecture University or College
• Team player with great communication skills
• Goal oriented professional with good negotiation skills
• We would like you to openly share your ideas and help us to keep up with continuous progress
• Customer oriented professional with sales experience (ideally 1+ but it’s not mandatory)
• Knowledge of Autocad
• Knowledge of 2D/3D programs (SketchUp, ArchiCAD or 3ds max)
• Experience with using Photoshop and Illustrator Programs
• Experience with pCon Planner is a plus.
• Experience in working with Interior Design
• English language - level B2 or higher (we have many foreign clients)
