HR / Truck Driver Recruiter in US Market
Position Overview:
- Work closely with the HR team, operations, and management to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, interview, and assess potential truck driver candidates to build a pool of highly qualified individuals.
- Evaluate candidates based on their experience, qualifications, and fit for the company's values and policies.
- Foster positive relationships with current and potential drivers, addressing their queries and concerns while ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruiting for the transportation industry, particularly for truck drivers, is desirable.
- Fluent spoken English;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- Ability to identify and address challenges in the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work well within a team and across departments.
