Head of Hygienist Team
Job role
This role presents an excellent opportunity for thought leaders with a consultative approach to set the standard and improve continuously.
- Leadership - Provide strategic direction and leadership to the hygiene team, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Clean Room Management – Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the clean room, including routine cleaning, disinfection, and waste management.
- Hygiene Protocols – Develop and implement SOPs, hygiene protocols, ensuring adherence to best practices for contamination control.
- Training and Education - Train and educate team members on proper hygiene procedures, gowning, and aseptic techniques.
- Quality Assurance - Collaborate with quality assurance and production teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and product integrity.
- Documentation – Maintain accurate records related to hygiene practices, cleaning schedules, and equipment maintenance.
- Continuous Improvement – Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance hygiene processes.
- Strong Leadership Skills - Ability to motivate and guide a team toward excellence.
- Attention to Detail - A keen eye for cleanliness and adherence to protocols.
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO standards is considered a plus
- Excellent Communication Skills - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
