TRUCK Dispatcher
Job Title: Truck Dispatcher
Location: Skopje, North Macedonia
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Working hours: 13:00 - 22:00 (CET)
Job Description:
We’re hiring for two exciting positions: one for experienced Truck Dispatchers and one for those eager to start fresh in the industry. While experience is an advantage, a willingness to learn and grow is just as important!
Your primary responsibility will be managing drivers, coordinating shipments, and ensuring efficient operations. If you’re passionate about logistics and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and assign loads to drivers while ensuring maximum efficiency.
- Communicate directly with drivers, keeping them informed and supported throughout their routes.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, customers, and drivers.
- Monitor and manage equipment to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Solve daily challenges in real-time, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- We’re hiring for two exciting positions: one for experienced dispatchers and one for those eager to start fresh in the industry.
- Familiarity with load boards such as DAT is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
