Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Specialist located in Skopje. The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as:
- Provide high-level administrative support for the organization.
- Handle office tasks e.g., filing, generate reports and presentations, setting up meetings, reorder supplies etc.
- Prepare documents for meetings and take notes and minutes in meetings.
- Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries.
- Answer all incoming calls while maintaining polite and professional communication.
- Maintain and purchase all supplies and equipment and maintain proper stock levels across departments.
- Any other support as required and requested by the CEO.
- Fluency in English
- Analytical Skills and Administrative Assistance
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in relevant software applications
