Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent located in Skopje. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for tasks such as:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information about our services and address customer inquiries.
- Resolve issues promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.
- Meet performance goals, including response time, resolution rates, and customer feedback.
- Fluency in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus but not required— training is provided!
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office is a plus.
