As an IT Technician at Ohrid airport, you will provide support and maintenance of a complex aviation infrastructure to effectively serve the entire TAV organization, including installing, maintaining, deploying, and troubleshooting systems, responding promptly to users’ problems, and resolving them efficiently.

SKILLS:

Education: Level IV – VII, bachelor’s degree will be considered as an advantage.
Good written and spoken communication skills in English.
CompTIA A+
CompTIA Network+
Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist.
Proficiency of computer networks; cable installation and configuration.

NICE TO HAVE:

Linux knowledge.
Familiarity with networking and equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, DNS/DHCP, VLANs).
Knowledge of PBX (IP VOIP) technology would be a bonus.

Strong communication skills, customer focused and proactive.
Problem solving analytical and creative skills.
Service-oriented and a team player.
Optimistic approach during work with different clients and outsourcers in multitasking environment.

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

First level support for all aviation systems that candidate will be trained for.
Installation and setup of all hardware devices & software application.
Maintaining computer systems, network, peripherals, aviation systems.
Support end users for different business application.
Network troubleshooting (Routing, Switching, Firewall, etc.)
Implementation of passive network.
