Technical Maintenance Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Repair works: Daily stores support; Repair works; Emergency situations.
- Contractors management: Ongoing cooperation; Negotiate costs; Monitor efficiency and handle feedback from stores; Tendering process; market monitoring.
- Investment process support: New stores takeover to the maintenance; Verification of the design project execution (construction, technical installations)
- Budgeting and documents processing: Set and monitor budgets for stores for: planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and Reactive maintenance; Data analyzing.
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance: Electrical installations - Periodical electrical revisions, certifications, and energy audit; Fire safety - Periodical fire equipment revisions, certifications, firefighting systems maintenance; HVAC system maintenance - periodical service and maintenance, contractors management, repair works; Periodical control check of the store technical elements; Low voltage and EAS systems
- Media Management: Telemetry system project, water consumption management.
- Other assigned technical tasks: Lifting, Rearrangement, Construction works; Store closings; Supporting of other departments – Sales, Investment, Loss & Prevention, IT, Lease, CSR.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
- Technical knowledge (facility management, retail maintenance, real estate maintenance).
- Good command of English, both spoken and written (B2).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role or with similar responsibilities.
- Initiative and effectiveness in problem-solving and implementing changes
- Excellent self-organization and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements.
- Good Project management skills; Negotiation skills; Communication skills
