LEGAL ADVISOR

 
 
Job responsibilities
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on legal and sub-legal regulations and their amendments;
  • Ensuring compliance of the company’s operations with legal and sub-legal regulations;
  • Preparation of corporate documentation;
  • Drafting, reviewing, and updating legal documents, cooperation agreements with clients both domestically and internationally, international contracts, sales agreements, and other contracts and internal acts;
  • Providing legal analysis of various operational issues of the company;
  • Communicating with government institutions, lawyers, notaries, and private individuals;
  • Monitoring legal trends and developments and assisting in formulating and implementing business policies and working procedures;
  • Providing legal communication and support to all organizational units within the company;
  • Advising on various issues, including but not limited to corporate, procurement, intellectual property, and employment matters;
  • Maintaining the company’s legal files and ensuring that working practices comply with its policies and procedures;
  • Developing strategies to align with and surpass competitors while ensuring the quality of service expected by collaborators and clients;
  • Providing legal support for negotiating contracts or clarifying legal issues with relevant parties (internal or external);
  • Legal support and assistance in the Human Resources department;
  • Performing administrative tasks related to Human Resources (concerning employment contracts, contract expiration, decisions, solutions, files, announcements, applications, templates, etc.);
  • Organizing and archiving employee documentation and files;
  • Regularly updating employee files and records;
  • Preparing and maintaining records of annual leave and other absences, including certificates for absence, illness, etc., and keeping them updated;
  • Proper handling and archiving of documentation.
Requirements :
  • Higher education- Graduate in Law (LL.B) or Master in Law (LL.M)with passed judicial exam;
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a legal department within a corporation or law and notary office;
  • Knowledge of competition law, contract law, consumer rights, corporate law, labor law, data protection, etc.;
  • Active knowledge of English;
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
