Position: Call Center Agent
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Assist users by phone, email and chat communication
- Manage and resolve customer complains
- Provide customer with product and service information
- Identify and escalate priority issues
Requirements:
- Must be flexible to work all shifts as required (morning, evening, night, weekend and holiday)
- Excellent English – verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Positive, self-motivated attitude
- Ability to think, problem solve, take action and follow through
