Senior Talent & Recruitment Consultant 

What You Will Do

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing, candidate approach, and interview coordination, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
• Utilizing LinkedIn and other channels for candidate sourcing, conducting thorough screenings for experience and cultural fit.
• Conduct interviews to gain insights into candidates' competencies, cultural fit, and career goals.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers around the world and management teams to understand their re-cruitment needs and align candidate profiles accordingly.
• Provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best hiring practices to aid decision-making.
• Nurture relationships with high-potential talent for current and future opportunities, ensuring a consistent tal-ent pool for hard-to-fill roles.
• Maintain meticulous candidate records, interview feedback, and communication logs within the ATS.
• Regularly update stakeholders with recruitment progress and insights through detailed reports.
• Travel to Europe and Asia to visit our offices and meet your hiring managers!
   

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, with a strong track record of success in attract-ing and selecting top talent.
• Familiarity with the European market and experience working within this region. Global experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams.
• A forward-thinking professional who actively monitors market trends, leveraging insights to build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Proficiency in leveraging ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment technologies to optimize hiring processes.
• A commitment to diversity and inclusion, ensuring equitable hiring practices and fostering a diverse workplace.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams while maintaining high professional standards.
