Logistics Supervisor
Job Brief: We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Logistics Supervisor to oversee and streamline our supply chain operations. If you’re passionate about optimizing processes and leading a team to success, we want to hear from you!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily logistics operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods.
- Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipment scheduling, and quality assurance
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of logistics professionals to meet performance targets.
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs Report any discrepancies
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and other departments to resolve any logistical issues.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Requirements and skills:
- University degree ,
- Proven experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain coordination
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure in order to realize the set tasks when the deadlines for execution are short.
- Applicants should be team players, ready for compromises in relation with all employees in the environment.
