UI/UX Developer
Location: Ohrid, Bitola, Skopje
Aristocrat Interactive, a leading technological solution and platform provider in the iGaming industry with a passion to deliver cutting-edge products, is looking for a UI/UX Developer to join our team.
What you'll do:
- Create, improve, and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and user flows, and effectively communicate ideas using any of these methods.
- Develop new designs based on industry best practices, user goals as well as business requirements.
- Follow up and optimize the existing user interface.
- Conduct user research and produce wireframes and prototypes to present to respective stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Tech team, Design team and Product team to craft user experiences and interfaces for products.
- Work through design problems from beginning to end, translating insights from research and analytics into concepts that form disruptive new products and features, and designing the detailed workflows and interactions required to make them a reality.
- Running experiments, research, and insights that will drive the understanding of user behavior and help create a highly competitive product in the market.
- Lead the end-to-end design process, bringing to life the customer experience and the business vision/mission.
- Lead conceptual ideas, flows and turn them into useful and valuable in terms of UI/UX for our products offering in terms of Apps/Mobile/Web.
- Design flows and experiences that simple, clear and elegant
- Entrepreneur – Identify market needs and find ways to satisfy them properly.
- Sketch E2E from concept to design
- Improve the design of existing products
What we're looking for:
- 4 years of experience in iGaming Product Design, UI/UX design, and a proven record of building user and result-centered products and working with HTML Semantic and CSS3.
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry is a must.
- Web standards, Responsive design, Usability, and Accessibility.
- Articulating vision and designs through process flows, wireframes, prototypes.
- Ability to use critical thinking when building product designs independently.
- Expertise with software such as Adobe Suite, Figma or any.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
