Magna Mirrors South-East Europe, a division of Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting - leading supplier of innovative closure systems, modules and exterior and interior mirror systems, is opening the following position for the new Magna Mirrors factory located in Ohrid/Struga region:
SETTER
Your Responsibilities:
- Early information on Team leader and Production engineer/supervisor and all related processes in the event of target deviations, problems and risks
- The coordination, management and development of the employees directly subordinate to him
- Excellent knowledge in setting up of machines in Pre ASSY area of WH
- Good knowledge of maintenance of tools in Pre ASSY area of WH
- Good knowledge of SPC methodology and follow up of critical parameters for machines in Pre ASSY area of WH
- Good knowledge in setting tools for Schleuniger, ProEff Pro Twist, Mecal TT crimping press, KabaTec, KTHB Smart machines
- Participation in error management in the process
- Participation in change management in the process
- It is an input provider for plants and process optimizations
- Cooperation in production
On daily basis controls and manages the product groups in such a way that:
- The production orders can be fulfilled on time and in quantities for Pre ASSY area
- The productivity indicators are achieved • the PPM specifications are achieved
- Obligation to report near misses and accidents at work
- The implementation and compliance with the requirements of the automotive standard IATF 16949 in its processes
- Ensuring the smooth production process through targeted employee deployment
- Coordination with internal suppliers and customers
- The permanent training of the updated work instructions
Your preferred qualifications:
- High School Education
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) package
- Basic knowledge in the application of ERP systems
- Resilient
- Result-oriented and Team oriented
