We are looking for a Dynamics ERP Specialist to design, develop, and implement efficient business, financial, and operations systems using Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). This role involves gathering and analyzing data, overseeing third-party solution proposals, and ensuring seamless integration of ERP solutions to maximize business value.
Main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business, financial, and operational system requirements
- Participate in design and prototyping sessions to improve financial processes and workflow efficiency
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing ERP systems and propose enhancements
- Define scope and success metrics for systems analysis and solution implementation
- Govern and validate third-party ERP solutions to ensure alignment with business needs
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
- Support the design, development, and deployment of new ERP functionalities
- Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support business decision-making
- Ensure seamless system integration with financial and operational platforms
- Develop financial models, reports, and system documentation to support business functions
- Oversee testing, end-user training, and post-implementation support to ensure system quality
Requirements for the role:
- ERP & Finance Expertise
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, accounting, and business operations
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
- Experience in ERP system implementation and process improvement
- Technical & Analytical Skills
- Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and automation using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
- Knowledge of database operations, software standards, and data retrieval methodologies
- Ability to assess and govern third-party ERP solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in complex, global environments and manage competing priorities
