For our branch in Tetovo we are looking for a talented and initiative personality in the following position:
Supply Chain Management
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Logistics Planning New Parts (LDS), Application Family US
- Packaging designs in cooperation with Project Purchasing + Strategic Purchase + Supplier
- Stock level controlling / responsibility
- Permanent analysis of stocks
- Implementation and further optimization of suitable analysis tools
- Initiation of measures to reduce inventories.
- Development of KPI's + Reporting SCM within cooperate SCM
- Structuring SCM together with cooperate SCM
- Analysis of procurement logistics (DAP vs. EX\/\/)
- Packaging design/optimization — search for suitable software
- Total cost consideration of purchased parts (calculation aid for TCO)
- Development of the SCM commodity group strategy
- Support for customs issues
- Negotiating prices and conditions with carriers, parcel service providers and packaging material suppliers
- Definition of key suppliers in SCM and packaging material
- Optimization of the packaging of existing parts (keyword returnable packaging / reduction of packaging variants)
- Support of other Kiel locations in SCM issues
- Analysis and optimization of IC logistics (milk run) incl. further expansion.
- Analysis + optimization of the supply chain/focus on procurement logistics
- Analysis of logistics costs for new projects in cooperation with Strategic Purchasing
