ACCOUNTANT
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to work with our trusted US based client from the hospitality industry. Join us in providing quality service to our clients and grow in the remote accounting services industry.
Candidate requirements:
- Economics degree (Financial Management or Accounting preferred)
- Hands-on experience with accounting software QuickBooks or similar (preferred)
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Experience with financial statements, cash flow, balance sheets and general ledger functions
- Strong financial analysis, critical thinking, and financial software skills
- Experience working with international (US based preferred) companies
Position details:
- Publish financial statements in time
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records
- This is a remote position during US business hours (potential to be more flexible after a certain period)
