Pabau is a bootstrapped software company founded in the UK, with a Head Office in Skopje, North Macedonia.
Pabau CRM is our all-in-one clinic management system that helps businesses to run more smoothly. If a clinic needs to do something, our system either fully automates the process, or makes it easier (think Hubspot, but for businesses with a medical element).
Everything from storing treatment notes, automated appointment reminders, emails, staff management, reporting, payment systems – seriously, you name it, our system does it.
In fact, our feature rich system is the market leader in the UK for the medi-aesthetic sector, with over 1,500 businesses and 15,000 users.
Over the past 2 years the business has quadrupled, and the plan is to increase this speed of growth even further
Quality Assurance (Internship)
THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Intern to develop and execute exploratory tests to ensure product quality. QA Intern responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics as you learn from our best practices and mentors.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
1. Test Planning:
- Assist in crafting test plans based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to establish testing objectives and strategies.
2. Test Execution:
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Execute test cases meticulously and comprehensively document results.
3. Collaboration:
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members.
- Communicate effectively to ensure a clear understanding of testing objectives.
4. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement in the QA process.
- Propose and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Attention to Detail:
- Meticulously review and analyze software for defects.
- Analytical Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Communication:
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills:
- Understand the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with testing tools and test management systems.
- Proactive Learning:
- Demonstrate a willingness to rapidly learn new technologies and tools.
- Critical Thinking:
- Assess risks and prioritize testing efforts accordingly.
- Time Management:
- Efficiently manage time and workload to meet project deadlines.
BONUS SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Hands-on experience with both White Box and Black Box testing
