Pabau is a bootstrapped software company founded in the UK, with a Head Office in Skopje, North Macedonia.
Pabau CRM is our all-in-one clinic management system that helps businesses to run more smoothly. If a clinic needs to do something, our system either fully automates the process, or makes it easier (think Hubspot, but for businesses with a medical element).
Everything from storing treatment notes, automated appointment reminders, emails, staff management, reporting, payment systems – seriously, you name it, our system does it.
In fact, our feature rich system is the market leader in the UK for the medi-aesthetic sector, with over 1,500 businesses and 15,000 users.
Over the past 2 years the business has quadrupled, and the plan is to increase this speed of growth even further
Junior Website Developer
THE ROLE:
We are looking for a dynamic Junior Website Developer to join our team. As a Junior Website Developer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with website builds, implementing our software on clients' websites, and ensuring the correct underlying structure of their websites. You will work closely with experienced developers, taking direction from them and assisting with all aspects of website and application design.
To ensure success as a Junior Website Developer, you need to possess excellent website development skills and meticulous attention to detail. You will work in a highly technical environment and should be able to work well under pressure.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code using web development best practices.
- Collaborate with developers to implement new web features.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Utilize user feedback to identify and correct problems with a client's website.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Optimize website performance and ensure responsiveness.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Support the integration of third party tools and services.
- Conduct website testing and debugging.
- Work closely with web designers to realize the visual design intent.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of web development fundamentals, including HTML and CSS.
- Understanding of web applications and programming languages, including JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP.
- Knowledge of Wordpress customisation and theme development.
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Familiarity in version control systems.
- Understanding of web design and development principles.
- Good planning, analytical, and decision-making skills.
