IT Tech
Job Description
- Maintains and repairs the LAN network at HQ and at all sites of the company;
- Intervenes and repairs users' computer equipment;
- Supports employees with computer equipment, including onboarding of new employees;
- Intervenes in the field at the company's sites in case of need;
- Identifies and fixes problems in Hardware and Software;
- Technically supports all employees in Nettxio EUROPE and USA;
- Identifies the needs and makes orders to the vendors for all the necessary things regarding computer equipment and networks;
- Performs additional work and tasks as requested by managers.
Minimum requirements
- English Language Proficiency is Required
- Previous work experience is mandatory
- Proficient in the use of Linux system administration, Windows system administration, or troubleshooting technical and software issues
- Demonstrated competency with related technology debug levels and utilities
- Solution-oriented mindset and passion for resolving problems
