Magna Mirrors South-East Europe, a division of Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting - leading supplier of innovative closure systems, modules and exterior and interior mirror systems, is opening the following position for the new Magna Mirrors factory located in Ohrid/Struga region:
QMS Lead
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain the Quality Management System in line with the required industry standards (including: IATF16949; ISO14001 / 45001) accreditation requirements and business requirements across the organization through existing and new procedures
- Manage the audit program to ensure that all nonconformities raised against certification bodies and customers during audits are effectively corrected and independently verified.
- Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies.
- Update quality documentation and communicate to carry forward lesson learned from quality concerns.
- Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits.
- Undertake regular internal and process audits of the QMS.
- Verify closure of non-conformities with Certification Bodies.
- Ensure KPIs are met by working to the overall plan, including management of, and reporting.
- Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department.
- Lead LPA process/planning, action follow up.
- Update and follow up on CSR' matrix with cross functional team.
- Update and follow up on risk and opportunity matrix with management team.
Who are we looking for:
- Technical education (bachelor’s degree or equivalent) minimum 1 year in similar or same working positions
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, 5S, company processes, problem solving and moderation
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) package; ERP systems
- Flexible, strong in implementation, capable of working in a team.
- Analytical and comprehensive thinking and action skills
