What are the responsibilities of a Mid-Senior Growth Marketing Business Development Specialist?
- Craft holistic paid media strategies for scandiweb clients and leads;
- Drive business development efforts in collaboration with the sales team;
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies that enhance client campaigns and align with broader business objectives;
- Lead strategic planning sessions with clients to understand their needs and tailor media strategies accordingly;
- Conduct detailed market analysis to identify trends and leverage opportunities in the paid media landscape;
- Join all sales efforts with the support of the sales manager for leads and existing clients, providing a consultative sales approach;
- Engage in key client meetings and presentations to discuss strategy, progress, and results.
What do we expect from you
- At least 2-5 years of senior-level experience in digital marketing, specifically in paid media management for eCommerce platforms;
- Hands-on experience with all components of digital marketing for eCommerce: SEO, PPC, Influencers, Affiliates, CRO, Data and Analytics, Social, etc.;
- Experience in digital marketing for eCommerce specifically. We do not focus on awareness campaigns, mostly on transactional campaigns through all the most popular ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.);
- Expert knowledge of various paid advertising platforms and analytics tools, with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive ROI;
- Excellent presentation skills, confident spoken and written English;
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams and collaborating with sales and other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals;
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and adjust strategies to optimize performance;
- Exceptional client service skills with experience in managing and expanding client relationships through strategic insights and continuous improvement initiatives.
