IT Operations Lead (Platform & System Monitoring)
Location: Skopje(full-time)

We're on the hunt for an IT Operations Lead who thrives on keeping systems running like clockwork and ensuring a 99.99% uptime target. If you're passionate about monitoring platforms, incident management, and driving process improvements, this role is for you!
What You'll Do:
- System Monitoring & Incident Management: Oversee real-time performance of hardware and applications using tools like.servers, VMs, cloud infrastructure.
Maintain and improve an incident response process to ensure rapid issue resolution. Set up and refine alerts & dashboards for proactive system health tracking.
- Incident Coordination & Communication: Be the go-to person for platform incidents, ensuring swift resolutions and clear updates to stakeholders. Coordinate with internal teams (Implementation, Support) and external partners (IaaS providers, third-party vendors).
Ensure proper incident documentation and post-mortem analysis to prevent recurrence.
- SLA & Vendor Management: Collaborate with service providers to meet SLA targets and optimize agreements.Lead SLA re-negotiations and optimize external service agreements. Ensure platform infrastructure meets performance and availability goals.
- Process Improvement & Automation: Identify gaps in monitoring, alerting, and incident response and recommend improvements.
Automate routine system checks and optimize operational workflows.Establish a knowledge base & documentation for best practices in operations management.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in Operations Management, System Monitoring, or DevOps.
- Expertise in monitoring tools like Splunk, PRTG, Zabix, or similar and high-availability environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
