- Working time: Monday – Friday, eight-hour rotating shifts in time frame from 09 00 till 19 00 (9 00-17 00; 11 00-19 00) - working on MK public holidays (paid according to the MK legal regulations).

SKILLS / Essential Criteria:
- A proven track record of at least 3 years in providing technical support
- Advance command of English language (B2/C1 level)
- Effective and Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent problem solving and investigatory skills
- Excellent mathematical ability
- Very high proficiency with computers and in particular Microsoft Excel
- Customer Focus
- Attention to detail
- Specialist Expertise – Genuine interest and passion for customer service
- Working with others, Planning & Organizing
- Experience with HTML/CSS
- Experience with a similar ecommerce platform such as Magento, WooCommerce or Shopify
