Assistant Plant Management
In order to support the Plant Management at our Plant in Kumanovo, we are looking for Assistant Plant Management who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!
Tasks:
- Provide administrative, organizational and project support for specific topics
- Prepare and maintain simple documents such as presentations according to guidelines in a common foreign language as requested
- Provide technical assistance and support to Plant Management and the document control function
- Communicate with internal and external areas as part of the task
- Take care of internal and external customers and visitors
- Administer resources or equipment such as meeting rooms and order basic supplies
- Perform and settle organizational tasks (e.g. arrange events, organize travels, etc.) according to company guidelines
Profile:
- University degree
- No working experience required
- Good knowledge of German and English Language
- Very strong knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of archiving Law
- Communication and Flexibility
