THE ROLE:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Case Manager to support our team in processing Australian visa applications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Case Management: Assist the team with file management, day to day enquiries, document collection and drafting visa and related applications.
- Coordination: Liaison with clients, to ensure smooth communication and timely updates.
- Documentation: Per the guidelines, prepare, review, and submit all necessary information and documents for visa applications.
- Support: Support clients throughout the visa process, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with legal and ethical standards, always maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and case progress, preparing regular reports for management in a CRM.
NECESSARY SKILLS:
The successful case manager will have the following skills:
- Technological: Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools and competent in using Adobe suite. Competent in using case management software.
- Communication: Excellent English language, verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and legal professionals.
- Organizational: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and adherence to legal requirements.
- Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the visa process.
- Interpersonal: Empathy and interpersonal skills to provide supportive and respectful client interactions.
- Research: Proficiency in conducting research and staying informed about changes in visa laws and policies.
Education and Experience:
- Tertiary educated in Law (preferred and study abroad is an advantage)
- Experience in a similar role with transferable skills (preferred)
