The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. About the Role

For our Mechatronics division in Shtip, we are looking for Process Engineer that will be responsible for optimizing and improving the efficiency of our manufacturing and industrial processes 

Your Responsibilities

• Support / Implement continuous improvement projects to address quality, material flow, through-put and productivity improvements
• Establish and drive improvements in OEE (overall equipment effectiveness)
• Support launch team and launch activities
• Provide engineered operational analysis to support the production
• Create standardized work instructions
• Document process through process flow, flowcharts, PFMEA’s, etc

Who we are looking for

• Degree in electrical, mechanical, or equivalent engineering discipline with appropriate manufacturing / process experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering, including Continuous Improvement programs and Lean Manufacturing
• Experience with automation controls, mechanical and process engineering preferred
• Broad technical background with a clear understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and plant operation 

Your preferred qualifications 

• Proficient in AutoCAD
