FLIGHT OPERATIONS OFFICER

Your typical workday will be coordinating international legs for different non-scheduled business jets all over the world.

Function responsibilities:

Communication with clients and vendors;
Arranging, coordinating and controlling ground handling services
Arranging overflight and landing permissions and slots
Filing necessary customs forms
Maintaining our database
Cooperating with other departments to achieve necessary goals
Provide expert level of support and consultation to company's trip support services clients

Minimum requirements:

Excellent english speaking/writing (communication with us crews and client flight departments)
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Aviation background helpful
Organized and self-motivated. Capable of clear prioritizing of tasks. Good analytical skills
Flexible to work shifts and on-call (day, night, weekend holidays)
Able to work under pressure
