SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR ELD DEVICE IN US MARKET (m/f)
 

Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our state-of-the-art ELD devices to fleet owners, owner-operators, and trucking companies across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, a solid understanding of the trucking industry, and a passion for technology solutions that improve efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Prospecting: Identify and generate new business opportunities with semi-truck fleet owners, trucking companies, and owner-operators across the US.
  • Product Presentations & Demos: Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations to educate potential customers on the benefits and features of our ELD devices.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and recommend tailored ELD solutions that help meet their compliance, safety, and operational goals.
  • Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular follow-up, email campaigns, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Sales Quotas & Goals: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to continuously refine sales strategies.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure successful product implementation and customer retention.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the transportation, fleet management, or technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with the trucking industry and regulations (FMCSA, ELD mandate, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with technology and able to explain complex products to a non-technical audience.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience closing deals
