THE POSITION
As a Photographer & Videographer, you’ll play a crucial role in crafting the visual identity of our brand and helping us connect with our customers through stunning imagery and videos.
Photographer & Photo Studio Manager (m/f)
Key Responsibilities are:
1. Preparation of shootings
- Plan and organize photoshoots, including setting up equipment, props, and scenery.
- Choose the appropriate models and create a monthly photo shooting plan.
- Coordinate with the creative director and colleagues to align on shooting objectives.
- Manage a well-organized photo shooting plan to ensure a well administrative execution of shoots.
2. Photo and video shoot
- Capture high-quality images and videos of our fitness equipment, with or without models.
- Create dynamic, motivational visuals that reflect the energy and functionality of our brand.
- Experiment with angles, lighting, and techniques to achieve creative excellence.
3. Post-Shoot tasks:
- Review and select the best photos and videos from each shoot.
- Collaborate with the graphics team, providing them with high-quality raw files for post-production.
- Maintain an organized library of visual assets for easy accessibility.
YOUR SKILLS:
1. Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Photographer & Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing dynamic, high-energy work (preferably in fitness, lifestyle, or product photography).
- Expertise in using professional camera equipment, lighting, and editing tools.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
2. Personal Attributes:
- Dynamic personality that understands modern shooting techniques.
- Knows and understands latest camera, lightning and effect technology and tools.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a structured way.
- Creative with a passion for producing exceptional content.
- Ideally likes fitness and workouts every day.
