Laboratory Specialist (m/f/d)
Position Summary
As Laboratory Specialist you will play a key role in our plant with leading Technical Cleanliness, ESD and Equipment calibration processes.
To us nothing is impossible, you will have autonomy to explore your curiosity, having fun and celebrating success along the way. The vacancy is to be positioned in Skopje - Macedonia, and will report to the Quality Manager.
Tasks:
- Leading Technical Cleanliness process according to Aptiv MTT standards and in compliance to Customer requirements, conducting required measurements, analysis and actions
- Leading ESD control process according to Aptiv MTT standards and in compliance to Customer requirements. Conducting required measurements, analysis and actions
- Leading Measurement Equipment Calibration process according IATF requirements and Equipment manufacturer guidelines
- Execute Ionic contamination measurements in the Metrology lab, according Customer requirements
- Key contact with Tech. Centres for items related to the laboratory
- Maintain instructions, laboratory scope and laboratory manual
- Ensure compliance with all manufacturing policies and procedures
- Respect and practice Quality policy by applying and improving the rules
- Is advanced in knowledgeable and uses IPC standards (for acceptance of electronic board production), LEAN methods and Quality tools: 5S, KANBAN, Problem Solving method, Standardize work, Root Cause Analyses and others and actively participates in KAIZEN projects
Your Background
- High level of understanding of Technical Drawings
- Degree from technical faculty, preferable Mechanical
- Good level of English language
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Basic level of knowledge of Quality tools
- Problem solving abilities
- Team work abilitie
