For our branch in Tetovo we are looking for a talented and initiative personality in the following position:
Project Purchaser
As a Project purchaser, your area of responsibility will be the new projects within the purchasing department as well as the cross-company projects in communication with Industrial Engineering.
These will be your Responsibilities:
- Interface between purchasing and R&D / project management
- Coordination and supervision of all activities within a project regarding new purchasing parts till handover to disposition
- Monitoring of the project budget for purchasing parts
- Securing of project milestones for purchasing parts
- Participation in project-Kick-Offs and project reviews
- SAP master data maintenance for new project components
- Project reporting
- Creation of the project-procurement planning
- Preparation of quote comparisons
- Contract preparation
- Ordering and monitoring of sample parts and initial sampling
- Make or buy analysis
- Participation in logistic and packaging concepts
- Participation in supplier audits
- Coordination within purchasing department with responsible commodity buyers regarding supplier selection
- Overtaking on special tasks
This is a new role in a new department so you will have the chance your analytical skils and your wide background experience put into practice. We expect you to get your hands dirty and make things neat and clear!
This is your Profile:
- You have a bachelor degree in Economy or other job related field
- Work experience, ideally in commercial vehicle industry or public transport industry
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of quality management
- IT skills in MS Office and SAP
- You are fluent in professional English (spoken and written); German is a big plus!
- You are flexible and have a structured way of working
- Assertive and good communicator
- Available for frequent business trips
