DISPATCHERS
Salary in the amount of $1000 to $3000
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous work experience is required
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of Spanish will be considered an advantage
- Solid computer knowledge and skills
- Knowledge of DAT, ELD, Excel, Google Sheets, etc. will be considered an advantage
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Finding and arranging transport services
- Collection of offers for transport services
- Negotiating and agreeing on the best possible prices offered by the load market at the given moment
- Coordination between customers and drivers
- Maintaining constant email and phone communication between customers, transporters and drivers by providing current statuses to ensure the best service
- Verification of contracts for transport services
- Timely collection and preparation of necessary documentation for the performance of the service
- Timely sending of necessary documentation for execution and billing of the service to customers, transporters and drivers

- 2nd shift from 13:00h to 22:00h
