Who are we?
Pabau is a bootstrapped software company founded in the UK, with a Head Office in Skopje, North Macedonia.
Pabau is an all-in-one practice management software that helps med spas and other healthcare businesses run more smoothly. If a clinic needs to do something, our system either fully automates the process, or makes it easier (think Hubspot, but for businesses with a medical element).
Everything from storing treatment notes, automated appointment reminders, emails, staff management, reporting, payment systems – seriously, you name it, our system does it.
In fact, our feature rich system is the market leader in the UK for the medi-aesthetic sector, with over 1,500 businesses and 15,000 users.
Graphic Designer
We’re looking for an experienced graphic designer to join our marketing team!
Reporting to the Partnerships Marketing Manager, we’re seeking a talented designer who will work as part of our design team. While creativity is a must, we’re also ideally looking for someone experienced in systemizing design processes to deliver maximum efficiency.
Your mission will be to create beautiful design assets, help streamline workflows, and ensure design assets are easily accessible to everyone on the team. If you’re a problem-solver who thrives on creating beautiful designs and seamless systems, we’d love your help.
This is a critical hire for our business, and we’re looking for the absolute best to join us at this very exciting time. You’ll work as part of the marketing team at Pabau, which includes the content team, partnerships team, product marketing team, design, and web team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visual brand guidelines: Work closely with the design team to develop and define comprehensive brand principles that define our visual identity. As part of the design team, you will effectively communicate these guidelines to the marketing team and ensure their consistent application across all channels, including print, web, and social media.
- Brand development: We want you to maintain our visual brand guidelines for consistency across all platforms and mediums. But… we also want you to challenge it! You’ll help us grow and evolve our brand identity to keep it fresh and engaging (bearing in mind we don’t want to come across as too stiff or corporate - we’re neither of those things).
- Image organization and systemization: Work with the design team to label, categorize, and organize all created images, videos, and other marketing assets, ensuring they’re easily accessible for future use. Develop and maintain an efficient image storage system, enabling the broader marketing team to locate and use assets with ease quickly.
- Product marketing support for new feature releases: Work closely with the design and product marketing teams to create design assets for new feature releases. Brainstorm and develop fresh ideas for visuals, video content, and templates to boost feature engagement and adoption (externally) and for educational purposes (internally).
- Sales enablement design support: Establish the design strategy for sales enablement content, creating visually compelling assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and product overviews. Collaborate with marketing managers to identify and prioritize key deliverables, ensuring all materials effectively support the sales team.
- Lead magnet creation / production: Work closely with the production editor and content team to create and assign lead generation content tasks such as eBooks, downloadable templates, and other PDF content. You’ll ensure design consistency across campaigns - from the post a client sees on social media to the landing page they’re then directed to.
- Design templatization: Collaborate with the rest of the graphic design team to create repeatable designs that can be applied to various marketing channels. This will speed up content creation time and ensure we’re not creating from scratch every single time.
- Design support as needed: Support the marketing team with all other design tasks, such as blog headers, social media posts, video editing, and social media posts.
You'll be:
- Collaborative: You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer care teams, to ensure our design efforts support and enhance overall company goals. You must work well with others to get what you need to create successful designs.
- Own our visual identity: You will be responsible for maintaining our brand identity across all platforms. As a brand guardian for design, you’ll ensure that every visual asset released fully aligns with Pabau's look and feel. Anything that doesn’t, doesn’t get published.
- Customer-focused: Design is just as important as the written copy. We need a smart, empathetic designer who can help us transform technical information into clear, compelling visual assets that communicate the value of our product to our clients.
- Adaptable: Be flexible and willing to take on a variety of design tasks as needed. You’ll need to be able to flex to the needs of the business. That might mean everything from creating an email header for a customer communication at short notice or creating an in-system pop-up.
- Ruthless at prioritization: With lots of tasks and deadlines to juggle, we’ll need you to manage your time and tasks and prioritize what is most important.
- A team player: No egos here, we’re a team!
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional design experience, with a strong understanding of various marketing channels and strategies. B2B SaaS experience preferred.
- Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Figma, After Effect

- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
